Budget Management: You tell us your budget. We enter and track it, complete with monthly progress reports. This includes an upgraded Quickbooks Plus subscription. Requires: In-House Bookkeeping.

Clio & Quickbooks: Clio Essentials and Quickbooks Simple Start subscriptions are required for any additional Bookkeeping Service. Upgraded subscriptions available on request.

Corporate Tax Return: We prepare your Corporate Tax Return for you. The first year only, there is an $650 initial set up. Requires: In-House Bookkeeping.

Customized KPI Reports: Tell us what custom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are important for your firm and we will prepare those reports for you every month. Not sure which KPIs are important? We can help. Requires: In-House Bookkeeping.

In-House Bookkeeping: This is where the magic happens. We assume management for all bookkeeping. This means we investigate and correct any reconciling issues, close your books each month and undergo a multi-point inspection of your books, institute positive pay for check fraud mitigation, wire fraud manual confirmation protocol, manage your IOLTA balances, and all other bookkeeping responsibilities. This service requires: Income & Expense Entry, Reconciliation, A/P, and Remote Check Deposit.

Income & Expense Entry: We enter every income and expense entry into your books.

Insurance Management: Let us manage your insurance renewals. Don’t fill out another pesky renewal form again. Business Owner, Property, Auto, EPLI, Crime, Cyber, Malpractice Insurance? What do they all meant? We can manage this maze for you.

Invoice & IOLTA Processing: We process your invoices from start to finish. All you have to do is approve. We create, send to your clients, and apply IOLTA funds.

License/Membership Tracking: We track and ensure all your Attorneys’ annual license and membership renewals stay up to date. Including State Bar membership, Supreme Court annual requirements, CLE compliance, Notary license renewas, Secretary of State reports, and Board of Law Examiner renewals.

MileIQ Subscription & Mileage: Includes the MileIQ for Business App subscription for your mobile phone to track your mileage. We enter that mileage into your books for you so you can maximize your business deductions. Requires: Data Entry Service.

Partner Distributions & Calculations: Tell us your partnership distribution formula and we will crunch the numbers, issue a report, and make the partner distributions for you. Requires: In-House Bookkeeping.

Property Tax Tracking & Payment: We make sure your property tax bills are received and paid each year on time.

Reconciliation: We reconcile your books to your bank statement to identify any problem transactions.

Remote Check Deposit: A high-quality check deposit machine. No more trips to the bank.

1099 Tracking & IRS Reporting: We keeping you in compliance with the IRS to track all reportable 1099 transactions. We will then file those 1099’s for you each year. Requires: In-House Bookkeeping.

Adobe Acrobat Pro: Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription, so you have the best tools at your disposal to represent your clients.

Apple Computer: An Apple computer for your employees. This includes pre-installed software so that we can manage your computer any time, should you need help.

Data Migration Onboarding (One-Time): This one-time service allows our IT professionals to work with your existing data service to custom migrate all your data to our secure storage for you. Requires: Google Workspace Enterprise.

Google Workspace Enterprise: Google Workspace Enterprise subscription. This unlocks the power of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar and dozens of other tools. If you also select Data Migration Onboarding, Secure Networking Equipment and Monitoring, then Google Workspace unlocks our ability to store your data more securely, including back up protocals to mitigate cyber threats.

Google Workspace Unlimited Email Storage: Need unlimited email storage? You got it.

iPad: An iPad for your employees. This includes pre-installed software so that we can manage your device for you, should you need our help.

IT Help Desk Hourly: The most important part option – your IT Help desk for any problem that comes up. We are here to help however you need help! This unlocks support for your computer, networking, Adobe, Microsoft, Google, printer, or any other help you might need. If you don’t know how much help you need, this option provides flexibility and simplicity to simply pay at an hourly rate when you need it.

IT Help Desk Subscription (Per Hour): IT Help Desk support for about 65% off. Simply subscribe to however many hours you would like each month.

Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 subscription, so you always have the latest updates and features.

PC Computer: A PC computer for your employees. This includes pre-installed software so that we can manage your computer any time, should you need help.

Printer Lease & Ink: Don’t worry about needing expensive printer ink at exactly the wrong time. With our printer leases, there is no more hassle with the lease company or worrying about ink cartridges. If you selected our Secure Networking Equipment, then we can remotely monitor when you need ink and have it ordered and shipped directly to your office.

Secure Network Monitoring: In addition to our Secure Network Equipment, this allows our IT professionals to hand-monitor your network’s logs for unusual and suspicious activity to mitigate threats of cyber attacks, ransomware or other malicious activity. Requires: Secure Network Equipment.

Secure Networking: Equipment Our commercial grade security networking equipment is delivered custom-configured to your firm. No set up required. Our IT professionals will continually update your equipment with the latest security upgrades.

Facilities

Facilities Service Hourly: Any other facilities help and we are just a call away.

Manage Repairs, Construction, New Lease, etc.: Have a big project coming up? We can manage your contractors so you can practice law. Whether it is a minor or major repair, negotiating a new lease agreement, coordinating a firm location move, or any other major facility project. We can act as the general contractor and keep you focusing on your clients.

Property Maintenance Plan – Develop & Track: We help you develop a property maintainence plan and will then track that plan for you so you never have to remember again. Examples may include: Snow Removal, Mowing, Landscaping Maintenance, Window Cleaning, AC/Furnace service, Fire Alarm Testing, and/or Filter Replacement. You tell us how frequently you want each serviced (if you don’t know, we can help), and we will prompt you when the time is right.

Property Maintenance Plan – Manage Vendors: Want to save even more time? We can manage the Maintenance Plan for you, reaching out to your local vendor of choice so you don’t have to get bogged down in coordinating service calls, following up with the vendor, or knowing what questions to ask. Initial Consultation Scheduling: When a new client calls, we can schedule initial consultations for you. Requires: Phone Receptionist – All Month or As Needed, and Google Workspace Enterprise.

Outgoing Mail: We can handle all your outgoing mail. Never go to the post office again. Simply submit your mail to us and we will print, stuff, add postage, seal, and deliver to the post office every day for you. Best of all, our postage rates are below standard postage rates.

Phone Line & Mobile App: No more phone lines. This VoIP phone service keeps your existing phone number, but eliminates the need for costly land-line service. Best of all, every employee automatically has their own phone line. This comes with a mobile app so you can answer or make calls from anywhere, all using your firm’s phone number. This service is required for any additional phone services.

Phone Receptionist Service – All Month: We can be your phone receptionist at a fraction of the cost. Let your assistant do billable work and let us answer, screen, transfer, and manage your phones for you. We answer with your Firm’s name and create a custom phone plan just for your firm.
