Mitch Sprunger

Education

Mitch graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, with a bachelor’s degree in business. Following his undergraduate education, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining our team, Mitch worked at Philips Healthcare for 32 years. Mitch began his career as a field engineer in the Fort Wayne and Indianapolis regions. His strong work ethic and dedication to visionary growth quickly resulted in expanded responsibilities. Upon his retirement from Philips Healthcare in 2022, Mitch was the Senior Program Manager for the Life and Power Solutions Team over North America.

In his role, Mitch managed a $130 million budget and the strategic development and implementation of these programs across Philip’s North American workforce.  Philips Healthcare is a global manufacturer and service organization of diagnostic imaging systems, with approximately 80,000 employees world-wide.

Community Involvement

Mitch has been involved as a leader and committee chair for the Boy Scouts of America troop 67 and served 14 years as a youth leader in a local church where he also co-chaired a committee for development and construction of their Family Life Center. He was involved in the design and renovation of the Hope Clinic and served on the board of directors for the Swiss Days committee.

Mitch is currently an elected board member at South Adams Schools Corporation and is a current member of Genesis Legal and Life Aid Clinic.

He is married to Rose Sprunger. They reside in Berne, Indiana and have two adult children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law and eight (8) grandchildren.
